I get it. You've had a baby. Your brain is more mashed than avo on toast and your energy levels are depleted. You need some connection. You need some steer. You need a little focus on YOU.
Back with Balance is a group coaching program designed to help you return to work feeling energised, confident and purposeful. I connect you with other mums to focus on your mental fitness, your strengths and aspirations and most importantly, map out ways to better your life and work. We do this through a series of modules, facilitated by me, that are designed with enough flexibility to focus on what's most important to you.
My promise to you is that it's not -

We unpack your purpose, values and strengths (the things that make you uniquely you). These are the foundations for ensuring we focus on developing the right things at the right time.
How to identify and manage imposter syndrome, limiting beliefs, stress and burnout - at both home and work.
With session 1 and 2 under our belts we can now see the areas for greater focus and why. We’ll put forward ideas for goals in areas that are aligned to your values, strengths and interests.
The final session focuses on progress against developing or initiating actions towards your goals. We’ll also share how some of our prior learnings are being practiced at home or at work.
You'll gain greater perspective, set meaningful, value-based, strategic goals and develop your mental fitness to be your best self. Even though I'm goal-oriented and focused, I'm known for my openness, energy and wit.

Any circumstance, this Program will help you.
Each session runs for about 1.5 hours. I like to run a conversational session, so it'll involve reflections and you sharing some prework aligned to the topic of the module.
We'll discuss themes and insights, helping you to uncover more about yourself and build actionable steps for trialling outside our time together. Most of my sessions produce compelling 'ah huh' moments (like, "Oh wow, I'd never thought of it that way") and the inspiration you need to try something new!
